Arts Programming at Swamp Fest
Neutral Ground is pleased to be partnering, for the third year, with Swamp Fest - independent music and arts festival - to present multidisciplinary arts programming. The realities of 2020 have shifted the format of Swamp Fest this year.
Swamp Fest and Neutral Ground are working in partnership, to present a series of performances, installations,site-specific engagements, youth focussed workshops and interactive shenanigans from September 2020 - February 2021.
Founded in 2017 - Swamp Fest is a community organized, multi-venue festival, dedicated to increasing the visibility of Regina's independent music and arts communities to a broad and diverse audience, while show-casing creative talent from across Canada.
